Terms and Conditions of Sales

These terms and conditions of sale (“Terms and Conditions of Sale ”) are applicable to all purchases of products (“Products”) via online store located at https://www.mmi.it (the “Website”). Please read them carefully before placing an order with us. You should understand that by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by, and accept, these Terms and Conditions of Sale. By ordering with us, in needs warranty that you are at least 18 years old, or you are in legal age to form a binding contract with Mr & Mrs Italy.

1. Ordering Placing and Cancellation

All orders placed on the Website are subject to email confirmation by us, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. In case we confirm your order, our order confirmation email will contain your order number and details of the items you have ordered (such as Product(s) ordered, applicable prices, delivery method, expected delivery date, etc.), and all terms and conditions that apply to your purchase. We may choose not to accept any orders in our sole discretion and will inform you of this. This might be because the Product(s) you want to order are out of stock or discontinued.

2. Products

Please be informed all images of Products on our Website for illustrative purposes only. We can not guarantee that a device ‘s display of the color accurately reflects the actual color of the Products. Your Product may therefore vary slightly from those images.

3. Price & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars and RMB. All prices posted on this Website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard, Paypal, American Express, UnionPay and Alipay for USD dollars, UnionPay and Alipay for RMB. You must pay the full purchase price of the Products before we dispatch them to you. The use of credit cards and the financial information (e.g. the credit/debit card number, user codes, verification of the owner and expiration date, etc.) will be protected by encryption protocols and specific security systems for online transactions. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle and protect your data.

4. Import Duty and VAT 

All prices have included import duty and VAT for all products. 

5. Delivery

We provide free standard shipping for all our products. For international destinations, we use either UPS, FedEx or DHL at their regular service. For China, we use SF Express regular service for delivery. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments by carriers. Please make sure to provide the address you are able to receive our parcel at the time of delivery.

6. Exchange and Return

If you need exchange or return after you have received our product, please contact us at info@mmi.it within 7 days from the date of product received. If more than 7 days, we may reject to accept any exchange or return, and size exchange offer one time only. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all original labels attached and any accessories included, in perfect condition. We would not accept garment for exchange and return that it has been worn, washed or damaged. 
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products to Mr & Mrs Italy for exchange or return, and Mr & Mrs Italy will cover the shipping costs to return exchanged product to you. Please ensure to send the product in a secure box by a carrier who can provide tracking number and a proof of delivery. You are responsible for any damage or loss of your product until we sign its delivery.

8. Privacy and Cookie Policy

The terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy govern the processing of all personal data collected from you in connection with your purchase of products through the Website. 

9. Amendments and updates

These Terms of Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time and without prior notice, including due to new laws and regulations or other reasons in our sole discretion. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on the Website. By continuing to use and purchasing on the Website you accept to be bound by the new terms. In any case, the new terms will not affect orders already submitted by you.

10. Severability

If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale remain in full force to the extent permitted by law.
