Warranty Policy

Mr & Mrs Italy products are made by Italian craftmanship with highest quality materials. We provide a limited warranty of 2 years period on the date of purchase. This limited warranty is eligible to the original owner of products only and it does not cover any transferee of the product.

This warranty does not cover any damages due to accidents, improper use and care, failure to follow product care instructions, unauthorized modification or repair, or normal wear and tear.

Please do not remove any labels or tags inside the product especially the authentic woven label because it will make the warranty being void. If you have any enquiries of warranty, please feel free to contact us at info@mmi.it.

Here are some steps for eligible warranty claim:

1. Please send the following photos to info@mmi.it to create personal warranty account.

  • Proof of purchase such as sales invoice or payment records.
  • Authentic woven label attached inside the product and the photo has to show the CLG 12-digit code clearly.
  • Defects need to be repaired and the whole product.

2. After we have received all photos above, we will identify whether the defects are covered in warranty service or not.

  • If they are under covered, we will repair in free of charge. We will create a warranty account with a code for you and provide an after-sales address for sending the product. Or if we can not repair, we will replace it at our discretion.
  • If defects are not under covered, we will discuss repair service charges with you and get your confirmation in advance. If you have confirmed this for us, we will create a warranty account with a code for you and provide an after-sales address for sending the product.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products to Mr & Mrs Italy for warranty service, and Mr & Mrs Italy will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replacement product to you.

Please ensure to send the product in a secure box by a carrier who can provide tracking number and a proof of delivery. You are responsible for any damage or loss of your product until we sign its delivery.
